Scott turned up when he said he would and was very helpful during the quote process. Due to various issues (ours not his) the job kept changing and Scott was always responsive when I asked questions or made changes to what was to be done. When we were eventually ready to move forward he kindly fitted us in as he knew we had been without a bathroom sink for many months. He and his colleague turned up on time, communicated about what was being done, were polite and clean and most importantly did a good job! I would hire him again without question. Having been let down by several people who quoted to refurbish the bathroom, had the quote accepted; but then never came to do the work I was becoming frustrated. Glenn Hook of G.H. Services came when he said he would, told us when he would start and turned up on the day. He has made an exemplary job, removing all the old '70s bathroom fixings and tiles and then fitting a walk-in shower (for which he had to modify most of the existing plumbing) and he also chased all the pipes into the walls which meant he did away with all the unsightly 'boxing in', a new toilet and washbasin and then tiling to all walls. We were not present during the time he carried out the works but he kept us updated with text messages and photos. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and he actually finished slightly earlier than we were expecting. I was approached by ABC construction shortly after I posted my advert to say that I needed a new bathroom fitting. I’m a young guy and I am trying to make my house more modern. The guys helped me to design the bathroom I wanted, they listened to everything I asked for and made everything I requested possible. To say I am delighted with what they have done is an understatement. The bathroom which they started and completed within a week is everything I wanted and more. It is modern, stylish and built brilliantly - oh and for an unbelievably competitive price. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing work done to their house and I am now in discussions with them about building me a new kitchen as the bathroom was so amazing. A very well deserved 10/10 for Stefan and his team. This is how all home renovations should be done. Every day they turned up bang on time, worked their socks off and cleaned up afterwards. They even cheered me up when I was having a rotten week of dental work. I can't believe how efficient they were. I only wish I'd know Stefan years ago when I first started work on my wonky old house. He would have had it finished quickly and to impeccable standards. I'll be asking them back to do more work on my house as they were absolutely great - friendly, helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
