First of all, Jon gave very helpful advice and insight in how to approach the repairs when he visited to provide a quotation. When it came to do the job itself, Jon and his team were quick and effective, not only repointing the wall joint in question, but also carrying out some minor repairs to the interior wall and a section of guttering as well, at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend considering Jon for building services.

Latest review:Conservatories-I cannot rate James and his team highly enough. Having inherited a badly constructed, extremely large conservatory six years ago when we moved in, we have had many professionals look at repairing it. James is the first to have really understood what we wanted and quickly found us solutions. The work carried out by the team is to a very high standard, including brick work, electrics and carpentry, and when they left, the rooms were ready to decorate with no mess or clearing up to be done. James and his team are a joy to have in the home; they are considerate, very professional and always happy. Even when I came up with new ideas during the build, they took them in their stride and did what they could to accommodate the changes. We are so happy with the work already carried out that we have booked them to come back next year for our next phase of works to be done. I highly recommend you consider James and his team for your house projects, they are one of the best building teams I have ever come across.
Wayne was very quick in contacting me and very prompt in coming out and pricing up the job but unfortunately things went down hill from there. If you try to contact him he doesn't answer his phone and if you’re lucky any communication you do get is done via text message. He's messed me about for 6 weeks despite me asking him if he still wanted the job as it was urgent due to water getting into a plug socket from the leaking roof. Again by text he said he would be straight on the job as soon as the new roof panel arrived as the first one he ordered was damaged and no he wasn't messing me about. I received the one and only phone call from his partner 6 weeks from the time he first came out saying if I still wanted the job doing he would do it Saturday morning but Saturday morning came and they didn't turn up and once again no contact just straight through to his voice mail when I tried to phone him to see if he was still coming. Having used this site for a number of years I have to say Boston Windows And Doors are by far the worse I have come across and leaving negative reviews is something I really don't like doing but in this case I feel it is very justified as this company has treated me quite bad. To sum it up I would say if you want a job doing try someone else as Boston Windows And Doors are very unreliable and I’m sorry I can't comment on any work done by this company because despite 6 weeks passing by the job never got done.

Latest review:Windows & Doors (uPVC & Metal)-I had a very dark room, with limited natural light, and required a new opening to be created and window fitted. Builder Dan has done a fantastic job cutting through the wall, ensuring new brickwork is in keeping with the rest of the house, and liaising with building control requirements. Martin has carried out immaculate work fitting, plasterboarding and plastering inside. I am enormously grateful for all their hard work and expertise, and would have no hesitation in contacting them again should I have another project, and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires similar work to be done. Latest review:Conservatories-Excellent service received. Lee came to look at the job and gave a quote and we arranged a day for him to come over to repair the leak On the day he kept me informed of when he was due to arrive. Work was completed and everything put back with no mess left. After some heavy rain Lee followed up to see if the repair had worked fully, which it had. Will happily use Fenlight home improvements again.
