You couldn't have a nicer person than Gill to do your decorating. On time, efficient, tidy and even goes beyond the call of duty. She keeps you informed and able to give advice when needed. Valid cscs card registered Environmental policy is in place Quality management policy Statement in place ISO 9001 [Guarantees] i offer guarantee for 2 year for materials and workmanship if I supply the materials I contact the manufacturers directly to resolve any issue by following the manufacturers data product sheet and materials durability, If the customer old/ past sell by date or inadequate material for the job or purchase materials are responsible, therefore i can't offer guarantee of workmanship. Exterior decorating some manufacturers paint advertise 10 years guarantee on the tin for new dry wood i can only offer workmanship guarantee of 1 years this is for timber moisture level and exposure to the elements.
