A very good job apart from Andy did not clean up after himself. The hall carpet had to be professionally cleaned. A floor covering would have stopped this happening. Andy is a very helpful and pleasant person.

Excellent attentive service, very punctual and thoroughly professional. At least 8 plumbers had visited my house, viewed the shower area in need of renovation, and all of them either failed to return my calls, or simply lost interest when I asked for a quote. From the moment I met Joe he was positive in his suggestions, and layed out the work schedule clearly and consicely. He even called me the day after our initial consultation to ask if I had any luck picking baths, matching tiles etc. These small details don't seem like much, but they give the customer reassurance and a feeling that their custom is valued. Will definitely use Joe again.

Chris fitted our new shower surround and tiled the floor. He also did a couple of odd jobs for me that I sprung on him last minute (fitting shelves, plastering etc). Everything was done to a high standard and in a timely manner. All the pricing was clear and Chris was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I found Steve Wilson to be prompt and on time with the Quote and throughout the fantastic job he did on my Bathroom . He was knowledgeable on all aspects of fitting and plumbing , he upgraded and rerouted my drainage system that was left inadequate by previous plumbers . His cleanliness through each stage of the job was very good and workmanship was very satisfactory . All in all i,am more than happy with his hard work and end result . We hired Paul to support our bathroom renovation which included removing the old bathroom suite, altering existing pipe work to allow for new layout and plumbing of new suite. Paul’s quote was really clear and detailed what works would be carried out at which stage of the project. Paul carried out the work over 3 visits around our other tradesmen, each visit was arranged easily. There were a few problems with faulty parts which we had purchased but Paul supported in resolving these best he could. Paul’s attention to detail is perfect and I’m so pleased with the work he has completed. Highly recommend. Thanks Paul!

Hired AGF for a full bathroom refurbishment. Very professional and efficient and all work carried out to an high standard with minimum disruption. Dean carried out a large amount of work supplying and fitting sanitary ware to three rooms, replacing eight radiators, installing new hot water tank, header tank and all associated piping, pump etc. Also replaced the boiler including all the necessary builders work for the flue, supplied and fitted new gas fire and fixed a few frost bursts in the pipework. Dean stayed on the job until completion and kept me updated with regards progress on a daily basis and the work was of a good quality and carried out in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in using Dean again or in recommending him for similar work.
