I chose Simon because of the positive reviews, all well deserved I might add, and I'm more than happy to be adding to them, and of course the price. He went through the job and educated me on a few things. He's definitely a grafter(weather permitting of course) did a fantastic job of repointing the side of my house and came back later to weather seal and tidied up a bit of rendering for me, which I appreciate. He explained everything thoroughly, kept me updated throughout the process, advised me of other things that will help with the damp problems I have been having and completed the job to a very high standard. We added other bits of jobs to the original job and nothing was too much trouble for him and his colleague. Sam comes across as a lovely, trustworthy person and I have already booked him to come back and do some other jobs for me.

Roger was great to work with and I appreciated being able to have open and honest conversations with him about the project, the details, any changes, issues and costs throughout the whole process. The work was done to a high standard, and snagging issues sorted out promptly. Roger and the Team were also understanding when we had to move in to the house early and had to ask them to stop work for 2 weeks towards the end of the project whilst we had our baby daughter who was born at the house.
