I was always told to hire people on these sites with lots of excellent reviews in the very high nineties. Good advice on the face of it. That said, how can anyone build themselves up if you don't give them a go! I'm glad I took a chance, because Lee is everything you could hope for in a tradesmen. Competitively priced, punctual, professional, polite, friendly, clean and tidy and at the end of all that? A professional plumbing job carried out in a timely manner with proper soldered plumbing joints (no compression fittings!) and most important of all - no leaks! Working here was not straightforward as I have 6 children and indoor pedigree cats and a new puppy! Lee made sure doors were not left open and was very respectful of our home. I will be hiring Lee again for other bits and pieces if he doesn't end up being booked up for months as all the best ones seem to be! I personally could not recommend him more highly and my background pre children, was property so I've seen a fair bit!

I received a quote and accepted it. We had a problem with the originally planned date and Nathan said he'd let us know a new date in a few days. We've not heard a word for 2 weeks and Nathan refuses to answer texts or phone calls. Highly unprofessional and disappointing! I've decided to hire tools and do the job myself as I can't wait any longer.

Dan and Pete have done a brilliant job on our new extension. They turned up on time everyday, knew exactly what they were doing and even worked in the rain most days. Their knowledge and skills are excellent and I had no issues leaving them to get on with it and leaving them in our house when we weren't there. They are very polite lads and really easy to get on with. Any issues that came up, they asked us what we wanted rather than going ahead and doing. The finish on the job is excellent, and to a very high standard. Everyone comments on it when they visit. We were so impressed, we are having them to do our loft Dormer which starts next week. I highly recommend Dan and Pete to anyone.

They came to me (in Sidmouth) mid-Saturday afternoon having finished a job in Exeter.
