Took a couple of weeks to schedule the job in, due to weather and our respective availabilities. Matt took pictures of the job before during and after so that we could see what had been done. Communicated really well by text and phone to get things sorted. Get in touchBill is a great communicater. Within minutes of placing the job, Bill had responded and within a couple of days, he was at our front door. He's also clearly very versatile, and from his reviews, he does a good job. I was a little uncertain of using him for our roof work as the vast majority of reviews were for non roofing projects. However, the fact that so many reviews were 5* swayed me. For the roof work Bill used an excellent scaffolding company and the scaffold was up in a few days. Bill also bought in a roofing professional, Jay, who with Bill, visited twice to complete our repairs. We had two issues, the first was missing tiles from Storm Darragh, the second was a patchwork of loose tiles from earlier repairs that in strong winds, flapped and banged causing a lot of noise internally. Both issues were resolved and for the first time in 14 years, we had peace and quite in the strong winds over new year. We are beyond pleased.
