Tom from Teign Stonemasonry looked over the crack that had appeared in the retaining stone wall on our neighbours side. Explained the method he would use to repair and completed the work in just a few days. Excellent workmanship, sympathetically filled and blended in. Neighbour delighted and so are we.Latest review:Stonemasonry- - Stonehouse RestorationsStonemason in Dawlish

Fabulous from start to finish. On time, to budget and completed in full despite a few unexpected challenges. A professionally executed job, cheerfully done with a positive “can-do” attitude and kept a clean and tidy workspace too! I have no hesitation in recommending Stonehouse Restorations and I will definitely use them again.Latest review:Stonemasonry- - Traditional Stone MasonryStonemason in Dawlish
Rating: 5 out of 5 5510 reviewsGet in touchTraditional Stone Masonry. All aspects of masonry undertaken. Fully qualified and time served mason. Emphasis on quality of workmanship and reliability.
Gareth was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. He turned a pile of stone into an impressive wall. Pointed brickwork and replaced damaged bricks, which was a bonus. Along with the brainstorming sessions and humour it was an enjoyable experience. And the property is a better place for it. I would recommend him to anyone.Latest review:Stonemasonry- - Devon WallsStonemason in Dawlish

We are often invited to work on listed buildings, Grade 1 and 2, working closely with conservation officers. We specialise in repairing/rebuilding walls that have been damaged by vehicles or other causes. Also repairs to paving and internal and external flagstones. No job is too small!
Everything started well, communication was great and 2 half days were quoted for. However on the day , a Friday, Ian didn't tell us till 3:30 he was going to complete the job in one and we had to change our plans to accommodate this. Had he communicated earlier in the day we could of not let the family down so last minute. He left the door and back gate open most of the time , wouldnt of worried if we didn't have a dog. He didn't tidy up at the end and we have cement/ whatever he was using on the drive and the dinning floor was left a complete mess. We even found him doing some of the work sat on one of our dinning chairs. All in all, brick world great but I wouldn't recommend , he was rude and left my wife in tears.Latest review:Stonemasonry- - Mdm BricklayingStonemason in Dawlish
