Professional, skilled and efficient. Rhys and his team renovated my shower room. Found via mybuilder.com. The job involved fitting a new washbasin, sink, quadrant shower enclosure, travertine tiling touch-ups, and installing a new wifi electric shower unit valve, which they neatly concealed in a wall in such a way that the valve behind can be accessed if required. Rhys left the job looking like an interior magazine shoot. Very pleased with the outcome. They also carried out a large area of plastering in the bedroom. The old Cotswold stone wall and part of the ceiling were neatened after the removal of a hot water tank cupboard. They will return to create a storage cupboard in the corner, as well as additional work. Highly recommended.

After being let down by two previous builders I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough, they started when they said they would, were polite and courteous to my neighbours and I was constantly updated on progress, everything was left tidy and the project was completed on time and the quality of work is excellent. He was extremely messy and left my flat covered in dust, I had to get him back out to complete the job as some of the grouting fell out and some was missed, the shower doors were put on the wrong way round so I couldn’t operate the shower, the taps were loose on the basin. Even tho he came back he still missed some of the grouting leaving me to call out another tradesman to complete the job. We had a dispute over the receipts and it took weeks to get copies from him.
