Tommy was professional and helpful from giving us the first quote to finishing the job. He guided us on decisions that needed making as the job progressed and was clearly very knowledgeable and helpful in making those decisions. He was always punctual and communicated well with us throughout the duration of the work. To ensure our work was completed he even worked two bank holidays, which we were very grateful for. Initially was very helpful and saved me a lot of money. However did not finish the job as stated in the contract, so now having to find someone else to finish the job. Had a gate put in with an electric arm however this broke and he did not repair it. Went MIA and did not answer calls, texts or emails to have the decency to say he cannot finish the job/was busy. Often said he would come over but didn't. Job started in December 2016 and did not finish until April 2017 (was quoted 4 weeks!) Thanks for what you did do, however I would appreciated a little more respect than not finishing the job and disappearing.Latest review:Landscaping-
