Katie came to quote for the job and came up with some great solutions to gain some space for our bathroom refurb. She was always clean, prompt and communicated well if there was anything we needed to discuss. She ripped out the whole bathroom and then re-fitted a new floor, new shower, bath, toilet and sink as well as tiled the whole room. I have been a builder for over 5 years now and I take pride in my work making sure that the customer is satisfied with the works carried out. I will always do my best to make sure that the customer gets the best price for any job and.
Inexperienced, over promises on what he can actually deliver. 100% not capable of completing bathroom work, all that needed to be done was rectifying a leak and placing some tiles down. Leak is now even worse than before and the flooring that was put in is completely damp and ruined. Sam has tried blocking the access under the bath to cover the further damage he’s created. Along with thieving some supplies that we had bought and that he had no right to do so. After getting in touch with Sam to allow him a second chance, he has now blocked our phone numbers. All of this damage has left my mother who is on pension out of pocket for £2.000, he was aware of all of this before starting the job but still continues to thieve from a vulnerable woman! We have no choice but to now pay someone else who actually has experience to sort his damages resulting in further costs. If I could give him 0 stars I would, will be taking this further to trading standards. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Our bathroom looks amazing! Originally we were just removing a bath and replacing with a walk in shower but after talking with Mark we reconfigured the bathroom. It is a much better use of space. Mark was great from the start offering advice and keeping us informed all the way through which was important as we just bought the property and not moved in yet. He also removed a back boiler and installed a new combi boiler for us. This was all completed in just over a week! We would definitely recommend Mark.Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-
