I was pleased with the way the initial consultation went and the quote for the work seemed reasonable and was in my price band. l look forward to seeing the work completed. I was very satisfied with the work that was done- however the job has not been completed. The sink unit has not been fully installed and the handles have not been put on the door meaning the cupboards can't be used. No response has been received to the last few emails I have sent. I'm really sorry but I find this unacceptable as the job has been paid for in full.

Having terminated a contract with a builder for a garden room because of unsatisfactory workmanship and overrun on the completion date we needed a builder quickly. Adrian Greenmore was recommended to us by a friend . Within a day Adrian had come, assessed the work needed. We were given a clear comprehensive quotation and a draft contract. Work started and finished within the contract period. Sub-contract work was arranged and available for use more quickly than was expected. Adrian and his employees worked hard and efficiently. Some detailed work was done to a very high standard. It was always a pleasure to have them on site being polite and considerate. There were a couple of occasions when they were needed elsewhere. We were always told in advance and when they would be back ; usual no more than one or two days. Therefore we were never left wondering about 'disappearing builders'. When finished the work was passed by our architect and planning officer who was very pleased with the way the new-build jelled with the house and environment. The final invoice was as expected with no hidden costs. It was detailed and clear making everything much easier to understand. Both my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian Greenmore to potential customers. We feel that we were given quality and, above all, a lack of hassle and frustration. We would be willing to allow inspection of the building with, of course appropriate warning.

Although dubious at 1st at employing an unknown tradesman I was pleasantly surprised by Kris's overall professional attitude and quality of work. He communicates really well, is punctual and full of helpful ideas. Once he had started part-refitting and retiling the bathroom in a small rented flat I realised that he would be able to fit the new kitchen which he did to a good standard so then he did a 2nd kitchen in another rented flat for me. Overall, I am happy to recommend him and would use his services again in the future.

Highly recommend Erion and hes team they were excellent. All work finished to a high standard. Polite, kind. Cleaned up before they left, kept me informed and up to date. Can not thank them enough for all there hard work. Turning a small cupboard space into a toilet/sink. It looks amazing and cant wait to paint it once the plaster has dried. I have even booked Erion and team to rip out old out of date bathroom and install a new one, can not wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Thank you
