Before comming to do it they did not assest it, instead came to us in three man around 9 am on agreeded start day. Then they told us they are not prepared to do our job because is complex...so we agreed they prepare themselves and complete it one month later. No communication. I rung on Friday to resive confirmation whey will come .The guy over the phone confirms: yes they will come as expected on Monday st 8.30. Then nothing happens. On the day till 10 am nobody came, I tried ring them till 12 o'clock. No reply just answering machine. At 12 o'clock my husband rings them from different number. We can't say enough good things about Ollie. He recently completed a big project for us of replacing our old conservatory with a new Ultraframe roof and aluminium doors, plus a new flat roof. It's made such a difference to our space and the work has been completed to a really high standard. Ollie always took the time to explain our options clearly and keep us updated on progress (he even sent us pictures while we were away). We also really appreciated that he was never pushy, the costs were transparent and he had no sales tactics. Even though there were a few tricky bits, Ollie managed everything smoothly. On top of it all, Ollie and his team were all a pleasure to talk to and were always polite and friendly. Thanks for the brilliant work!

Can’t recommend petes plastics highly enough. Everyone that came to my House either for quote or work were really professional and polite. Called before coming to explain a few things. Great workmanship really pleased with my french doors. Done within a good timeframe. Really pleased. Would use again.
