I was pleased with the way the initial consultation went and the quote for the work seemed reasonable and was in my price band. l look forward to seeing the work completed. I was very satisfied with the work that was done- however the job has not been completed. The sink unit has not been fully installed and the handles have not been put on the door meaning the cupboards can't be used. No response has been received to the last few emails I have sent. He hid some pipes that I didn't think was going to be possible. He was punctual and the job took the time he had said. At the end of every day he cleaned up the area. He made suggestions when we had problems getting a worktop which was great and saved us money. I wholeheartedly recommend Simion.

Recently bought a house and needed the 4 bathroom renovated. I had lots of plumbers came in to give quotes. From the minute Dan walked in to look, it was glaring he’s well experienced. I hired him straightaway. His price was reasonable and not greedy. He completely all 4 bathroom quicker than expected and to the possibly highest standards. He is punctual, thorough, clean, treated my home with respect, highly skilled, tidy and the most patient person ever. I was quite indecisive and would change my mind mid job… he wouldn’t even complain. If “customer is always right” is a person, that would be Dan. He is quite easy to talk to and willing to make changes even to the original plan. Even after the job was completed and all money paid, he was still available for aftercare. He went above and beyond and I did not in anyway regret my decision to hire him. I would be definitely hiring him for more work as he does all sorts of jobs.
