My company, par-avion co., is a woman-owned joinery, furniture and design workshop based in Norfolk, UK. I founded it in 2013 after working for several years as an architect and lighting designer for museums and high profile residences. I got burnout after working 60 hour weeks with no breaks and decided to retrain as a joiner and woodworker.
