I needed architectural drawings for my project. Mark stated that he could get them done for me within a week or so, and delivered on his promise. He visited the site to meet myself and the builder, so he could understand the building, then guided us through what we needed to do for compliance. He then produced an impressive set of drawings. I chose Mark because of his experience with holiday lodges, and because of the afore mentioned prompt service delivery which I needed. He was easy and helpful to communicate with and I thoroughly recommend him.

Peter was able to come with drawings and submit to the planning process. The Planners rejected the proposed 6 meter car port extension but did agree to new dormer window which has now been installed. The plan will now revert back to the original 2009 3 .5 meter carport extension for which planning was granted. Peter will oversee the building work in due course.

Regarding Mark Bly of 'Mark it Out': Mark did a great job in seeing my project through his eyes as the plans showed. He followed the build and tackled areas of concern that appeared in the early stages. He captured the stage builds on camera and actively discussed the project with both the builders and me. I am very pleased with the (almost) end result and the fact that although the work was invasive it should be finished well before Xmas.
