We asked Gary to fit and hang a new front door on our victorian terraced house. Not an easy job as the door frame was a bit skew whiff. We also asked him to glaze and paint it for us. The job has been completed to a very high standard. Gary worked tirelessly for two days and we are thrilled with our new door. Gary is reliable and gives great attention to detail. Needed a fixed roof light fitted on a flat roof with profile metal roofing. On the 1st day it was fitted without allowing built up water to run off the roof. After some rain we noticed leaks coming into the bathroom. We went up and the profile roof was full of water. We contacted JDH and they came back 3 days later after a massive storm. We worked with them but we are unhappy with the final work that was carried out. The roof light and black metal roofing was left covered in grey liquid 10 product.

Our work is FENSA registered and backed by the GGFI.
An issue reported to them at the time of installation on 8th August still isn't attended to at the time of writing - 11th November, despite repeated reminders in writing. Unfortunately, I stupidly paid them shortly after assuming they'd be happy to put things right. Apart from acknowledging my emails, they've done absolutely nothing about fixing it.
