Communication was clear and objective throughout, they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently and cleaned after themselves. Get in touchI would like to say that Andy Daniels building services is quite simply, fantastic. His attention to detail is to be beheld. Right from the off, he was on the case. He is the one-stop shop for any building needs required. His original quote was highly professional and offered many sensible suggestions which we had not thought of. We took his advice on board and as a result have a far better outcome. He has suggested things we just would have never even thought of. The quality of his workmanship is highly impressive and he leave no stone unturned. I cannot rate this builder high enough. we changed and amended a number of things throughout the upgrade and Andy took this in his stride. I only wish I organised for Andy to do the whole project, unfortunately I originally booked a few tradesmen individually....big mistake as Andy can and will do the lot. It would have made life so much easier and I it's clear the finish would have been spot on. In summary, cracking builder who can organise everyone and quality is second to none. You have transformed our house and we all thank you!!!! He navigated the build keep dust and debris at bay, and handled emerging complications with clever solutions. We had to unexpectedly replace a gable wall whilst the works were being carried out and there were delays getting drawings but Matt managed to change the work order to keep up with our deadline. Overall we were very happy with the building works completed, and more so with Matt’s demeanour. Would happily, and already have recommended using Matt’s services. We are often involved in the design aspect of jobs, through planning and of course execution. The work we do tends to be medium to large contracts and includes restoration, refurbishments and extensions, we specialise in timber framed buildings.
Get in touchJames and his team did a fantastic job of gutting and extending my kitchen which included amongst other things removing numerous internal walls and installing a set of french doors on the back wall. They also converted the under stairs cupboard into a downstairs loo and installed a new floor in the dining room along with a set of French doors in their too. We met on a number of occasions beforehand to discuss my ideas and to get his thoughts too before the work started and he was very patient and helpful throughout. I am so pleased with the finished result and the kitchen fitter we used also noted how good their attention to detail was which subsequently made his job a lot easier. James's prices were very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got and he regularly kept me updated with the progress of the build which went very well and did not hit any serious snags.
