James said he would resolve the issues and would drop off new keys. He has not done so and is now ignoring my emails. The contracts completed were mainly all aspects of renovation and conversion . Within all jobs all skilled tradesmen will be used as required to comply with building regs , I hope this will give you reassurance if you choose to use me you will be happy with your decision .
