His sub-contractor Phoenix Home Improvements Services Ltd sent me an email confirming that he would come and install my conservatory on 1st November 2024, but he did not arrive that day. On 4th November Tim told me that Phoenix would not install my conservatory. PHOENIX Home Improvements Services Ltd held my deposit 4 weeks with a promise to install the conservatory which they did not install and then made it a problem to get my deposit back.
