On the survey visit he listened carefully to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions about design features, and confirmed all the agreed details promptly by email. Once the items were ordered he kept us well informed of progress, and arranged a convenient day to fit as soon as they were ready. On the day of fitting he arrived on time, with his son to help him; and the pair worked carefully and systematically to fit the items, clearing up after themselves as they went. They finished in good time, taking every scrap of rubbish with them, and left the whole area clean and tidy. Absolutely first class.
