The builder got back to us in quick time and visited the next day after putting in the request on MyBuilder. We wanted an initial investigation to identify if lintels were required. Within a short amount of time, he had opened up the mortar around one of the bricks to show that there were steel ties and hence a lintel may not be needed. Came across as very knowledgeable and was prompt and efficient. Have got their details now and would certainly approach for future work.Latest review:Repointing-

Gareth was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. He turned a pile of stone into an impressive wall. Pointed brickwork and replaced damaged bricks, which was a bonus. Along with the brainstorming sessions and humour it was an enjoyable experience. And the property is a better place for it. Michael, Matthew and James , Came and rebuilt my garden wall, which was leaning and not safe, On Saturday at 8.30. We were very impressed how hard they worked to get the job done,the result looks great and they left it tidy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Construct. On day one they took the dangerous wall down and managed to clean most of the bricks off and the following day rebuilt it just adding a few additional bricks. They are very polite, also their quote was good for us. Well done Michael and Matthew
