I’ve thought long and hard over writing this review first off nick us very hard working polite and friendly but unfortunately the reviews are about the work carried out Nick laid 3 bedrooms and a bathroom the flooring supplied washing good quality he also put in new skirting boards in bedrooms and lounge Nick finished and on first glances it looked great and I paid him However when I went to put the bathroom items back I noticed 3 cracked tiles in a bathroom done 6 months ago I advised nick straight away he said he didn’t notice and I sent him pictures needs to get a tiler and plumber in to repair the cracked tiles as radiator and toilet needed to come off all the floor joints in the bathroom were coming apart and also one in my bedroom nick said he would return to repair the floor and finish skirting on landing he didn’t return as cancelled the appointment refunded £398 tiles brought to attention 30 mins after leaving job only asked for refund as refused to return

Caught out by a previous bad experience I turned to Theo to help me fix it! He understood my dilemma and gave me a quotation for the work and proceeded to supply me with detailed photos keeping me updated on all progress he made even when I wasn’t able to be on site.
