Excellent service from start to finish. The windows were fitted to a very high standard and the workmanship was outstanding. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and completed the job exactly as promised. Really friendly and professional throughout, and the finished result has completely transformed the look of the house. Very competitive pricing as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled window fitter. 5 stars!

I would highly recommend this company. Ross & Nick were superb, honest in their assessment & knowledgeable in their resolution. After cloud bursts that are becoming more common in the UK, the corner of my conservatory leaked badly. The original fitting of the box gutter also looked suspect as it had warped the corner windows. Other companies that attended, without fail, tried to sell me a new roof. No-one was interested in fixing the faults or getting to the route cause. On RP's initial visit they provided me with sound advice on the potential rectification including renovating the box gutter, fitting required box gutter brackets which were sadly missing on the original fit, straightening the warped windows etc. Whilst on site they also uncovered a badly fitted part of the conservatory which also contributed to the leaking.This was only visible after deconstruction. They were so good, I also asked if they could do some additional work on the conservatory (new sills) as well as new fascia & soffit on my external utility / shower room. Again no problem, they were more than happy to assist and include in their schedule. They did a superb job for a reasonable price. They know what they are doing, are professional & honest, did not try to oversell as everyone else tried to do. The repairs were of a high standard and included creating a bespoke box gutter bracket fittings (very creative). Highly recommended for conservatory repairs / renovation. Job well done!

I had several quotes for new sash windows, and the price was frightening. Delighted to meet Martin who gave me confidence that I had good windows which simply needed repairing. I had other tradespeople try to repair the sill, repair the glass etc but they bodged it. Martin has repaired 4 windows in 2 days with his colleague and has given me 4 draught free windows that are corded, balanced and draught - free

Tommie was very reactive and professional at first to repair our window frame. However, the sealant job didn't fix this complex problem but then it became impossible to contact him again despite multiple calls, text messages and emails. I would expect at least an answer, even for a negative outcome, so that I don't need to indefinitely wait until seeking another contractor.
