Simon and his team completed the work to a high standard and exceeded all expectations. I would certainly recommend Simon and have asked him to complete numerous other jobs on the same site including building 3 fitted wardrobes, seats to fit around bay windows, fitting structural timber & steel, laying floor boards and other 1st fix joinery, making concrete countertops for the kitchen, fitting the kitchen, making bespoke vanity units, refurbishing a butchers block and forming an open cupboard for the dog to sit in below, constructing detailed cornicing around the soffits of dormers, fitting frames & hanging doors and generally being very good company on site.

I am not usually one to leave feedback or engage in online disputes, but in this case, your actions and the experience we had warrant an honest response so you can hopefully learn and improve in the future. From the outset, I gave you an opportunity to work on our property despite my partner’s reservations about your level of expertise. You inspected the job, gave your professional opinion, and quoted a price. Although I initially offered a different amount, I ultimately agreed to pay your full proposed cost, which you received in full. Unfortunately, the first job was done incorrectly while I was away. When I asked you to correct it, you refused unless I paid extra. You also charged for removing materials from a job that was poorly executed and wasted both our money and resources.

Theo and his team recently carried out structural work at my property, removing a load-bearing wall and installing a 3-metre RSJ steel beam. The work was completed to a high standard and at an affordable price. They also took away all the rubbish, safely removed and capped a gas pipe into the ground, and removed unused sockets and a 2 fuse spurs, leaving everything clean and tidy. Theo was also extremely helpful in recommending other trusted tradesmen and suppliers, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Theo and his team.
