After numerous no shows to fit, lies and wrong items sent by Everest, and fitting a substandard door “temporarily” (hoping we would just accept it and pay full price for it) we fired them after 9 months. We still needed a proper wooden door and began looking for someone who could not only get us an unusually sized door with double glazing but match it in colour to our front door. Mike from Kinloch Joinery Ltd not only did it all with no issues, he kept his word, showed up when he said and kept us informed every step of the way! He was friendly and professional and was considerably cheaper than the other company! He was fantastic from start to finish. We will not hesitate to use Kinloch Joinery Ltd in the future and we highly recommend them for any job! This small business is so much better than the “UK wide” big companies and in future we would avoid all of them and go directly to Mike and Kinloch Joinery Ltd! Our door has been absolutely wonderful, it looks exactly as we had wanted and the quality is phenomenal. The door was accurately fit with no need for excess filling like the other co did, the facers all match unlike with the other co, and the quality is so much better, which means the Scottish winter weather is kept out and our heating is kept inside.
