Having had a quick look from the ground he went away for his ladders and returned to have a close up look. He explained in detail what he considered was required and promised a quote. I received the quote by email the same evening. I received several other verbal quotes but I was impressed by William's professionalism, and I liked him and his mate. I accepted his quote. William turned up to do the job when he said he would and the job was completed to my complete satisfaction. Throughout the whole process the communication between William and myself has been excellent.
