This unfortunately due to the miscommunication involved caused me a problem and I put my thoughts down on his sight indicating I was not happy at all with his service. Subsequently Phil did get back to me and explained the situation in full which I was very happy to accept. Consequently he came round and did the job to my satisfaction and I am very happy with the finished result. I am also pleased to say he has a very nice manner and I would gladly have him back again.
