He explained everything in layman's terms and I found him to be very honest, approachable and dedicated to his work. I am not new to the building trade and have employed tradespeople both good and bad (the bad didn't last long) over the years. John McPhee's work is exceptional and his dedication to detail and making sure that the work is done properly, on time and with the right materials is second to none. Sidi was short of extension tubes but managed to work round this by using a short ladder to raise himself above ground level. He is going to get more tubes to make this height of job easier in future.
