Get in touchThe build up to the sale was fine. I think they must have looked at my property on Google maps because the sales guy said they could install the camera on the front if the house. They offered a package of setting up the camera which is why I chose them in the first place. They confirmed the appointment and the 2 hour time slot. The guy turned up to fit the cameras and after seeing that the bathroom was where the camera was going to go, and then finding out my children's bedroom was behind another potential camera location. He said we should get a Ring doorbell, because it couldn't be fitted. So they fitted one camera and drove off. This cookie cutter approach to the job has left a sour taste. So I'm left with a camera still in its box and I need to find a way to fit it. Isn't that their job? Not impressed overall and wouldn't use Prime Security Installations Ltd. again.Latest review:Security Systems-

We arranged time to meet and discuss the job a week ago and he said he is tired and he can’t come on that day. 2. I said to him you can come next day morning at 09:00am and he turned up at 11:00AM. 3. We arranged date and time to start job. I emphasised that I am busy and I have to leave from my work when he comes to get the job done. On the day he was supposed to come, he said he is sick and did not attend. Get in touchWe had an extremely old hard wired alarm system but P&A managed to isolate the bits that couldn’t be fixed, and then fixed the bits that could be fixed, to give use a basic working system again with a new back up battery; all done quickly and at a reason price.
