- Get in touchThe job was to replace guttering and down pipes to the rear of the property plus extension. An initial (very pleasant) meeting with Tom was followed by a clear and comprehensive quote, detailing exactly how the work would be undertaken and the quality of materials used. All my questions were answered and a fixed price was given with the guarantee of no added extras for 'problems' encountered along the way. Replacing guttering, it has to be said, was trickier than I thought but Tom and his co-worker knew exactly what they were doing. The job took 3 days and was completed safely, efficiently and with total competence. At this stage , it was clear that that the price quoted had been more than fair. In addition, recent rainfall has proved that the job is sound. No leaks! Any post-job queries were addressed immediately and more than willingly. The final bill was accompanied by photos, providing evidence of aspects of the work that a customer, on the ground, would never see. -Tom clearly takes great pride in his work and his reputation and is keen that his customers are happy, certainly with the finished product but also with the quality of service he provides. - Get in touchThe build was a single store rear kitchen diner extension. This included the footings, brick work (matching with the existing), vaulted ceiling and lying ceramic flooring. Mark would arrive on time every morning & run through the day's activities so that we always felt in control of the build. At the end of the day he wouldn't leave site until it was as tidy as possible, which is essential with our young children running around. Some of the build required a high degree of precision such as the insertion of a 7m piece of steel which Mark managed without issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark, he takes his time, listens to what you want and delivers with a real sense of pride.
