Get in touchI thought I would make the effort and write a review for tom because when someone who you think is too good to be true turns out to be then its only fair that you make some effort to write a review :) anyway I must have messaged tom over a dozen times to tell him what I wanted or what I was going to do and each and EVERY TIME tom was so polite and professional on the phone. my previous experience has always been that people then are different when they actually start doing the job. on this occasion tom was just as polite just as nice and just as helpful in person as he was during our text conversations. Obviously time will tell if leak is fixed but 10 year guarantee for the work completed so expect no issues. Also asked for some additional work and Mark actually made us aware of other genuine issues which required urgent attention upon closer inspection.
