I had good communication with Karl from when he was hired. He arrived on the agreed date on time and worked in a Covid safe manner. The installation and demonstration was excellent with no issues. When I did have a small issue with the equipment it was resolved with a text message and an immediate call out. Cannot fault the job at all and am very happy with the work done.
