Just want to say thanks to Felix and the lads for the fantastic job they have done block paving my patio. They came a day early and really cracked on with the job and didn't leave until they had finished. Amazing job, thanks. Going to be giving them a call back next year to get the front of the house done.

I agreed for pimco to install some steps at my home but I overlooked signing the contract and paying the deposit , my mind was distracted because I needed a new wider Front door fitting to enable a wheelchair before the steps were installed .I phoned pimco on the Wednesday before the installation date and was told the job was cancelled because I didn’t sign the paperwork . When I realised my mistake I apologised and signed and payed the deposit the same day . On Thursday I received 2 text messages asking to arrange a date for them to look at the house on Tuesday or Thursday the following week but I couldn’t attend because I needed to give my work more notice to have time off . Friday I phoned pimco 3 times to explain this but no one answered so I left a message for someone to phone me back but by 5.00 pm no one did .I emailed Keith cancelling the work because I didn’t feel comfortable because of the lack of customer service. Overall I am happy with my monoblocking. I originally wanted the monoblocking fixed and evened out however after discussions with many landscapers I realised my full drive way needed lifted and put back down. Nathan said when he priced the job that when he finished the job it would look like a brand new driveway and it did. Nathan and his colleagues also hand cleaned every single brick from my driveway before putting it back down. He also put down stones on the drive and round the back free of charge, he suggested to put it there because he knew it would look nice and it turned out stunning. I initially wasn't satisfied with the fence therefore Nathan and Alan returned and fixed it as best they could while being mindful not to make a mess of my neighbours garden, there was still some bits of wood that needed fixed however this is easily done myself.Latest review:Landscaping-

Declan quoted me a very fair price to install some artificial grass, timber sleepers and decorative stone. The work done was to a very high standard, he communicated effectively and the team worked very hard during the project. I’m so happy with the work completed and now have a low maintenance garden!
