I was left with an upside down driveway by some scumbag who did half the work and ran away with our money. We were so depressed. Felix and his lads not only fixed our driveway the right way but also restored our faith in human kindness. He gave us a reasonable quote as we had a big loss already. He never asked for a penny until the work was all done. He did everything as he promised and even placed nice fences for us We were out of sand in the end . He went beyond his efforts and got back the next day to do the last bits of sand. The lads cleaned the driveway so well for us. He not only restored our driveway but our emotions as well. I would highly recommend him and will be hiring him soon for my back garden . Thank you Felix and your team. Highly appreciate professionals like yourselves . Keep up the good work.

I was very impressed with the new patio installed by Modish Construction. Mahdi and his Brother provided a free quote and booked the job promptly. The team removed our old, rotting decking, cleared the rubbish underneath, and even resolved a damp issue at the back of the house. They built a beautiful new patio with a brick feature flowerbed in just three days, using high-quality materials and ensuring proper drainage. They also helped move our furniture back once the patio was ready. Fabulous job! I am absolutely delighted with it! Lee and Dale arrived when expected, worked hard and totally transformed the front of our house from a greenery mess, creating a lovely resin driveway and a new stepped entrance to the front door, it looks wonderful! In addition, from the first meeting, explaining various ideas on how it could be done to providing the quote, Lee was very efficient and professional at all times. Hired as I wanted my driveway doing and also my fencing. Wanted to see how they got on with the fencing first before getting them to do my driveway. Did the job to about 90%, didn't replace my last fence post leaving my property open leading onto a public footpath for the last three months. Also didn't come back to fix a wonky fance post so now it just flaps in the wind. Gave them ample time to come back and finish the job but they haven't contacted me in weeks now. Definitely don't pay until the job is done like I did. Will update this rating if they ever come back to finish the job, so if you're reading this then the job hasn't been done. Obviously haven't hired them for my driveway.
