I had contracted Neil to resurface my flat roof and to replace an old skylight, and also clean the existing pitched roof which was covered in moss and repair any damaged tiles; after receiving a few quotes from other builders and almost every time being pushed to buy a different type of roof\skylight, or different cleaning method, we were very impressed with Neil's quick responses and with the no-nonsense approach. In under a week, we had a visit and quote and set a date to start the job. The recommendations were great and the guys did a great job. There was a small hiccup due to a leak but this was mid-job, and again,Neil was very responsive and the guys were here first thing in the morning to address it. So far, no issues whatsoever and I'm a very happy customer. I would say that the price was very competitive given we were offered workmanship warranty and material warranty for quite a few years. I would recommend Neil and his team to anyone having any roof works done.

Ionut was really professional when he came to check the problem, he brought a ladder and went to the roof, to see the problem and then showed me photos of what was wrong. He explained what was required and quoted a reasonable price. He was punctual and did a professional job. He also helped with painting our deck and assembling some garden furniture, and did a great job with both. Highly recommend him, as he has skills for multiple problems.

Dean, viewed my flat roof and promised he would get my quote to me in the next day or two. About seven days later I sent him a text which he did not respond to. Not knowing about My Builder at the time, I gave him a call now - about two weeks later. He informed me that he had been poorly, but my quote would arrive that evening. After googling local roof companies MyBuilder came up. Dean was the first person to reply to my ad, not realising it was me he started asking me questions on what needed repairing. He didn’t seem overly embarrassed when I told him he had already been to the property. He just promised once more that the quote would arrive this evening. I can confirm at 11pm I still have not received a quote from Dean. Very strange work ethic. I do recommend him.
