Had a leak in my kitchen extension and got a quote from Markus to repair the leak by redoing the lead flashing and I also got him to quote me to render the whole back wall. The project started off well, they did some work initially and was told it would take about 2-3 days so I paid him a third of the money to help cover cost of materials and labour for the first day. Unfortunately this was a mistake because after I paid him there was radio silence. He started to ignore my calls and messages. He would on a rare occasion say he was busy and came up with excuses, saying not to worry and he would fix it. He told me to leave the back door open and came back to take all his tools and left all the rubbish in the garden and didn't finish the job. He left gaps in my roof which lead to a new leak. He then completely ignored all my calls and messages. You have been warned if you go ahead with him. Mybuilder should remove these "tradesmen".

Get in touchReplacement of guttering and fascia seemed to have solved the issue and appears to be done to a high degree of workmanship. It’s been little over a week and it appears to be holding up well after a few bouts of rainfall.
