He didn't seem very thorough to me and I had to pinpoint the issues. He then summed up - check this and check that. I've googled all of the things that he mentioned before so not sure what I paid for. He worked to minimize any disturbance to our tenants. He laid down temporary floor coverings and screened off the area that he was working in with polythene dust sheeting. He turned up every day, worked and communicated well with us. He cleared away at the end of the day, each day. His work was careful and diligently completed. Thoroughly recommended. Everything was put back together plus kitchen was repainted. The guys were courteous & very professional & kept me in the loop at every stage. Final price was the same as the original quote.
