The guys have now been back out to review some of the work and are happy to rectify the small issues and advised on different route to take and fingers crossed this can alleviate the water penetration. Thank you Darren. We hired the company to do a couple of jobs, roof edge and guttering. The guttering was done pretty quickly, within a week, however we noticed that the original flow had not been followed, we highlighted this to the team, but nothing was forthcoming. The roof took awhile to start, some 16 weeks after accepting the quote. The team came in and did the edge line within a day and the following day rendered. Again we noticed a massive flaw in the way the ridge tiles had been left and had to get them back out to rectify this.
