Richard came out, diagnosed the problem as being the Velux window and later that same day sent a reasonable quote for the works which also included works to the chimney flashing. Within a week the window had been replaced and the flashing repaired as well as a couple of small repairs to the gully and replacement of a couple of cracked tiles. The work was done in a day and you wouldn't even know Richard and his pal had been in the house if it wasn't for the lovely new Velux window! When the invoice came it was exactly as quoted despite Richard having done a couple of extra minor repairs. I'm looking forward to the next round of heavy showers now that I'm confident there will be no leaks! I will definitely use Richard in the future as and when inevitable roof problems arise 10/10!!

Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-Collin provided a great price to renew a bay window roof to the front of my property. His boys were punctual, very friendly and informative throughout the repair. I was very impressed with the workmanship and how tidy the site was left. I can see why Collin is confident enough to offer a 10 year warranty with the works. Collin also went over and above to organize photographs be taken during the repair in order to assist with my insurance claim. Overall I would highly recommend Collin and his team and will be sure to contact them for any future building needs.

With ES, a man came and actually took photos and looked in the loft! and the quote was reasonable. The two roofers were really sweet and hard working and respectful. The scaffolders were nice and professional too. all in all, a five star experience. though it rained biblically the whole time they were working and took longer than expected, but that's not their fault!
