Richard exceeded my expectations at every turn, and I couldn't be happier with the kitchen he has installed for me. My kitchen wasn't a simple job as it was in a very poor state of repair having not been decorated since the 1950's. Richard was able to do very technical work such as opening up the chimney and installing a new lintel so a range oven could be fitted, and then all aspects of the kitchen fitting such as plastering walls, installing new kitchen units and tiling. This was great as it got the whole job done with one person. In my view Richard went above and beyond to get the job done exactly how i wanted it. They organised all the input from other guys like electrician & plasterer etc. They made lots of useful suggestions to help with problem solving. They came back promptly to sort all the small issues that are usual at the end of a job like this. I stayed within budget & the end result is fantastic. Have to add that they are great crack as well. - Get in touchLuke was fantastic. He quoted us the job and broken down the price so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He started the job the very next day once we confirmed. He arrived promptly each morning and left each evening at approx 5pm. He is very hard working and completed the job to a high standard considering he was picking up another bathroom fitters unfinished and botched up job. He said the job would take 5 days and it ran slightly over but considering the big job and Luke working on his own we expected him to go over. We were without a functioning bathroom for over 3 months, Luke completed the job within a week and we are all loving the finish he achieved. Thanks Luke.
