Tom priced up the job quickly and did an excellent job. From start to finish he was communicative, giving updates on everything and providing photos and videos as he went along. As I don't live locally to the property, I felt he was totally trustworthy to get on with the job. His quote was very good and the job cost what he said it would. Carl completed a full restoration of a kitchen from stripping back the whole room to brick and joists - to rewiring, re-plastering, flooring etc. Job did run over budget and time compared to original estimate, however completed to a good standard. Would recommend. James

Tony and Joe have done a lovely job refitting the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom, creating a new en suite shower and walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and turning a leaky flat-roofed extension into a dry, insulated utility/workshop. It was not a straightforward job - this Victorian house threw up a number of unexpected problems once the old fittings were removed - but Tony was always able to find solutions and the result is a streamlined finish with wiring and pipework concealed where before it had been on show. Tony and Joe were nice people to have in the house, we had a good few laughs while they were here but never at the expense of the job. They always turned up on time and did a good day's work. When problems did arise Tony explained them clearly and we discussed options before he continued work. If he was ever disheartened by the frequent discovery of crumbling plaster or ancient wiring he never showed it in my presence! Back in the office Jess was enormously helpful in the early stages, during the first lockdown. Much of the selection of bathroom and wardrobe fixtures and fittings was done online and Jess was able to recommend suppliers and websites which were unfamiliar to me. Once the work was underway Jess ensured that these fittings arrived on site as they were needed - not always an easy job when there were often Covid-related disruptions. I am very happy with the look and the finish of the work TSS have done and would certainly recommend them.

Martin was excellent from the start. He responded to my job request promptly, turned up exactly on time to view the work, and provided the quote on the same evening, as he promised! The quote for the work was very reasonable,and we decided not to bother with any other quotes and to go ahead with Martin. He was punctual, friendly and polite throughout the course of the work, and we were quite happy to leave him in the house while we went out. He has now finished the work, and we are delighted! The staircase looks superb - he has done a great job. We are so pleased, that we are asking him back to replace all of our internal doors.

I'm a landlord and needed a multiskilled tradesman to renovate a new rental property in Cwmbran. I have quite a lot of experience having done lots of these projects over the years and aim to provide high-quality well-finished homes to my tenants. Paul and his team (Brothers and cousins) did an absolutely first class job. The workmanship and finish are of the highest standard. Paul and Richard are very highly skilled and have great knowledge and attention to detail. This saved me from having to bring in different tradesmen such as tilers, plumbers, and plasterers, carpenters. Paul's team did the lot. Importantly, I found then honest and pleasant to deal with I will definitely use them again (Shame they live outside my area or I would use them all the time) In the near future, I'm hoping to either move or make alterations to my own house. In either case, I will ask these guys to do the work. Highly recommended
