Having met Tom for the 1st time, I was struck by his enthusiasm, up front honesty, down to earth approachability and professionalism. I felt confident and re-assured that my design would be in safe hands and that Tom would make a positive contribution with a fresh, innovative and aesthetic perspective to what I already had in mind, for my home. Following our initial discussion, Tom produced my 1st set of drawings within 7 days. I requested a 2nd meeting at my home, which Tom was happy to attend during which we discussed various amendments and alternatives. He had an obvious eye for detail, understood our practical needs, was receptive to our ideas and was intent on maximising our living space through practical design. We were extremely happy with the 2nd drawings, from which Tom produced our final construction drawings, all within a very quick time frame. Tom has been professional, efficient, expeditious and a good communicator throughout. Extremely pleased to have chosen Tom.

As complete building/design novices Tom was able to come out to us and talk through, step by step, the process of applying for planning permission and the corresponding financial commitments, leaving us with no doubts about where we were heading and with no hidden or surprise bills. From the initial site visit Tom was friendly and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and replied promptly to all our emails (this was our main method of contact). He was able to submit all the necessary paperwork to the council taking away the uncertainty that can sometimes come with the specific demands/regulations of councils. Due to personal circumstance we are yet to complete our project but White Agus Partnership have been very understanding and when it came to settling our bill this was in proportion to the work done, and (hopefully) when we resume the work we will return to Tom to complete the outstanding work. We would highly recommend White Agus Partnership!

I have had the pleasure in working with Tom and the White Agus team for over 8 years, the latest project was a large 6 bedroom property which reached the final of the prestigious LABC Design Excellence Awards, the design was crucial and to gain planning permission I had to attend a planning committee which Tom and White Agus attended and spoke on my behalf. I have also used Tom and his team for smaller projects and at all times I find him and his team very professional and knowledgeable, I have used them for projects in different local authorities. Tom is very approachable and I can contact him with a question or query and he will answer it promptly and is very knowledgeable. I have recommended other people I know to use Tom and his team and I will certainly be using their services again in the future which I will look forward to. I fully recommend Tom and White Agus Partnership.

He's done drawings for all sorts of extensions. Very happy with Thomas' work I've used him from day 1 and ever since I met him. He is very reliable and every time I ring he answers. I've been happy with his prices and I would recommend him, always do and have done in the past!
