Tom did a great job with our extension project. We felt at ease with Tom when he visited the site for an initial meeting, and he produced a very good solution. Tom was quick with the drawings and took care of additional aspects of the project including contact with the council planning department. Tom was courteous, had good communications with us and we felt a very high standard of professionalism throughout the whole process. The least stressful part of our whole extensive renovation and extension project has been our dealings with Tom and White Angus.

We got a prompt response from White Agus regarding our query. Tom then visited us at home and thoroughly explained the process to us. He left us with paperwork explaining what would happen and when and how much things would cost at every stage so there were no nasty surprises. Once we decided to go ahead he promptly provided plans and got the ball rolling, again he was always happy to answer questions and offer advice taking into account what we wanted from the extension.
