Tom is knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and professional. He listened to what I needed, had some great ideas to add, sketched out some alternative solutions and did his homework by showing what had been done in a similar property. Saved the day when the builder said it couldn't be done. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Tom, I found him very pleasant and easy to talk to. I interviewed several people for this project and he was the only one that sketched out some ideas at first meeting. The plans produced were really good, just what we were looking for. I found he had a sensible down to earth attitude and was very helpful. He dealt with all the planning and building regulations procedures efficiently. All in all very satisfied thank you Tom.

Great service, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely competent. Sourced a structural engineer, managed everything for us.
