From the first meeting Tom listened and understood what we were trying to achieve and quickly came back to us with outline plans. As we developed the plans further Tom quickly made the necessary adjustments to get us to our ideal solution. Tom then swiftly produced all required documents and liaised with building control, structural engineers and Yorkshire Water to successfully get us to the point of approval. I hired Tom purely based on his MyBuilder feedback and I can confirm that he is deserving of all the great comments.

Tom did a great job for us. From the initial meeting Tom came up with good ideas for our extension in order to give us the most space. Whole process was smooth and we were told the fees up front. Would definitely recommend.

I'm thrilled with the excellent work Tom has done - he's been friendly and easy to work with throughout, and has delivered a plan for my extension that I am truly happy with. Approachable, great communication, really thorough, and very patient and accommodating when I wanted to ask tons of questions, change the plans about, and procrastinate! Tom is clearly both knowledgeable and experienced, and it was hugely reassuring to get detailed advice and guidance whenever I had questions or suggestions. The process and pricing was very fair and clear throughout, and whilst I have pushed back the timeline for project completion, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Tom for future work - or to recommend White Agus Partnership to others.

Tom visited our property to give us some ideas and for an extension that we have been pondering on for a while. This was a decision maker of moving or extending. I can honestly say that Tom is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always ready to help, extremely professional and well versed in planning applications and procedures. When you take on a project like an extension and have never done this before it can be quite daunting but with Tom's calm backing and experience it has been stress free. ( At least for me and my family) Tom guides you all the way in the design, planning and building regs and keeps you up to date with the project at every stage. You always seem to change things or have different ideas when you are doing a project like this and Tom has always implemented these at speed. He has answered any question or query quickly (no matter how silly a question i asked) Tom basically did it all from the drawings, planning permission, getting an engineer, consulting with severn trent water and sorting out the building regs application, right through to the building start date. I highly recommend Tom to anyone taking on or thinking about a building project no matter how small or large. Thank you Tom

Tom was very professional, he dealt with all the drawing and redrafts that needed doing once it was decided how the extension would be. he dealt with the local council to get the plans passed. i am very pleased with White Agus for all there help and would recommend then.

Good experience with plans for a permitted development. Tom came out to visit me, explained everything and left the proposal with me to decide in my own time. Once appointed, everything ran smoothly. Tom made some suggestions to change the plans which I'm very pleased we went with. Tom took care of liaising with all 3rd parties including planning, building control and structural engineer up until we were given permission to start on site. Overall good service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We can't praise Tom highly enough for his professionalism, competency and helpfulness throughout our house extension project, which surely must rank among one of the most frustrating experiences for him I'm sure! Tom's approach has always been to listen carefully to our needs before coming up with some good advice and ideas, always in a timely fashion. All the necessary paperwork was dealt with, including making arrangements with the council and even sourcing a structural engineer - nothing was ever too much hassle for him. We would even say that he went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected on more than one occasion. Getting planning permission for our project caused no end of frustration for everyone concerned which ultimately had to be taken to appeal. I have to say that Tom and his team couldn't have done a better job in this regard, putting together a very detailed appeal case which was both impressive and well-researched. For us, this was the ultimate showcase of Tom's knowledge and expertise which was clearly demonstrated throughout the whole project and his competency was certainly second to none in our opinion. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom for a single moment and we've been extremely satisfied with his services at every step. Thanks Tom, it's been an absolute pleasure working with you.
