Answer from tradesperson:
It’s a shame you felt it necessary to leave negative feedback instead of talking to me about it. The floorboards were very water damaged from a previous leak. I advised you I would not be able to obtain a secure fixing into them and suggested replacing the floorboards but you declined & said your insurance company was coming to inspect the damage & repair them. You asked me to carry on & to do the best job I could. I did manage to secure the toilet more than what I first thought was possible & left the toilet in a stable & working order for you to use until your insurance company visited. I asked you before leaving if you were happy with the work I had done for you & you said that I had done a great job and that you were very pleased.
