Converted an uninhabitable loft space into a bedroom with en-suite. This entailed removing supporting beams from roof and resupporting in appropriate places to allow larger floor space area. Moved main water tank. Installed a velux window and erected a stud wall forming a doorway entrance and installed a staircase. Insulated roof, thermal insulated party walls and plasterboarded and plastered throughout. Installed Shower, toilet and washbasin and carried out all plumbing and electrical works. Tiling was done to floor area outside shower and within the shower enclosure. Installed carpet to rest of floor area. General painting and decorating completed the works.
Lewis is a good man, he basically converted my loft space in to a bedroom with bathroom and everything. He's just one man but he can do everything! It's good when you find someone who can deal with all the different trades. He worked very well, he's very neat and very trustworthy. He sets a perfect example by showing up on time, being here when he said he was going to be here and finishing the job to a very high standard.
