    Replace kitchen light fixture

    Leonard was very responsive and wanted to get the work done right away. Being a landlord overseas I had to rely on him and the tenants. The feedback from our tenants was positive and we would hire Leonard again.

    Bathroom work
    I would not recommend this tradesmen. Firstly, he was set to arrive at 10am on the Friday. He called at 10.10am on Friday to say that he wasn't feeling well but could come tomorrow at 11am instead. He turned up at 11.35. Whilst I cannot fault the work, I cannot justify the time spent to do it - and therefore the cost of the work. Speaking to another tradesmen, the work should have taken an hour/hour and a half tops - so why did it take 3/4 hours to do? I think it might have something to do with the fact the hourly rate was £80. When questioned, there were of course excuses as to why but I still do not feel this was justified. If hiring this tradesmen, I would recommend that you invite him to see what work there is to do and provide you a quote there and then rather than getting ripped off like I did.

    Ceiling Light Fix
    Arrived on time 100% satisfied. Very knowledged for my living room 3 way switch and fixed in 30 mins. Ceiling light came back very brightly. Great help. Sorted out my issue. I'm happy. My wife happy too. Definately will contack Leonard if I have electric shock. Thank you.

    Kitchen cabinets

    A 2 day job took over 3 weeks and the end result was not great. His a nice guy but he didn't deliver what he promised my kitchen looks worse than before and really trusted him after a lot of call backs I gave up coz if he couldn't see how terrible it was then what's the point. I have hired someone else to redo the whole kitchen floor and have taken this as a lesson learnt.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Firstly we must always get the facts straight. The job was quoted for relocating electric's for washing machine and new taps on sink and retiling floor the later two was ok the floor how ever whilst we were told that only a single layer of vinyl tile was laid it turns out there was about 4 other layers of tiles wood and God knows what else was under the floor so really the job should of stopped and requoted as it costs us more to sort out and took longer than we originally expected. so let's be clear when we left the customer was happy so why they've waited until now to give FB when the job was done ages ago is beyond me.

    Electrician

    Am really pleased with the job done by Leonard even though it turned out to be more than what I hired him to do. He was so helpful in making sure the electrical was sorted out before the KnowHow came. He shows professionalism in his work and approach to us. Very tidy and did not leave any rubbish behind. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. Ronke

    cctv and video door bell
    I hope one really learns from his mistakes and get an insight. He tries to help sometimes but there issues that really make me to regret: 1. Sent the pictures of the job and explained , changed the quote; much more expensive than other 2. 4 times were up to 4 hours late wasted several of my weekends 3. No respect for the customer what so ever. 4. He delegated tasks to me to do this and that!!! 5. Finally made me to ask the company to send me 4 replacements that we understood all were working but he could not set the up ( I spent loads of my time for this, although I had advertised the type of cameras I had) 6. Did not install the system on my phone, pc or tablet but asked for the full price 7. Did not install the latch for the lock still asked for full price.

    NADER If you're going to come on mybuilder and put negative feedback tell the truth and not fabricate things. This job was taken over from a previous engineer who left him in the lurch. you were a difficult customer to deal with but we persevered with you. you informed of every detail of the works and you agreed before anything was done anything you did you did because you wanted to and we ended up having to go over what you did. you were never asked to purchase 4 units by us so I don't know why you did that. you were ask to pick up the latch you came back empty handed saying it was too expensive after we rewired the door. get your facts straight nader.

    Curtain Pole Emergency - SDS Drill Needed

    Professional, super speedy service from a lovely man. Would have no hesitation in recommending him for DIY and hope to use his electrican services in future.
