Some misunderstanding on fee but overall no problems

Leonard was great - reliable, turned up on time, made sensible decisions, was understanding when things changed, and did the work to a high standard. would hire again.

My job was to replace light bulbs in outdoor security flood lights. Leonard finished quickly and then went on to replace a broken 2gang 2way light switch indoors as well. Very happy and will use again. Very sensible pricing. Arrived on time and left quickly.

Leonard responded to my urgent request for an electrician to wire up a bathroom fan and isolator switch, and completed the job over two visits - as unfortunately the 1st visit occurred at 6.30pm on a Friday and he had run out of the wire he needed, so had to return the next morning. My only criticism is with level of communication - it could be improved i.e. to advise if he is running late. As with any professional who charges by the hour, ask for an estimate of time to complete the work, to avoid nasty surprises. Leonard only exceeded his estimated time to complete the job by half an hour, which was acceptable. Leonard was courteous and I felt very confident in him, I definitely recommend him and have already passed his number along to a number of friends.

Leonard is an absolute asset to his trade. He is trustworthy, reliable and the communication is very good. He has finished my job and I cannot praise him enough. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. I would definitely hire him again and will have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my family or friends.

Friendly, completed the job in time said and left the room cleaner than it was before he began.
